I’m a hairstylist who specializes in lived-in color, natural-looking extensions, and precision cutting — so every detail feels intentional and grows out clean. My obsession with hair started early (my mom noticed it before I did). I was the friend doing everyone’s hair before parties, fully locked in and loving it. I’ve been licensed since 2020, and from the start, I’ve been committed to high-level education, sharp technique, and hair that holds its shape far beyond the salon. I work with women who are over high-maintenance routines and just want hair that works — longer, fuller, better, without screaming “I have extensions.” Whether we’re adding volume or creating a total shift, my focus is on results that fit your lifestyle, not just the trend. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Agreement: I Itzel G Gutierrez and my team, we take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, we require financial stability and enforcing or cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. To confirm your appointment we required $100 retainer fee, which will be applied to your service. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as a outlined below: Cancellation or rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your schedule service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color, but then decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. In the real instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your schedule appointment. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service. It’s important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services if you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that might result. No Call No Show Policy: I recognize that life is unpredictable, and I fully understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain a seamless experience for all involved, I kindly request that you inform us with the greatest possible advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I deeply value the time of each of my clients and seek mutual respect regarding time commitments. To this end, I've instituted a comprehensive "No Call No Show" policy. This is to ensure that my calendar operates efficiently, allowing other clients the opportunity to secure appointments. A "No Call No Show" incident is defined as the absence of a client from their scheduled appointment without prior notification. In the event of a policy breach, the following measures will be enacted: The client will be prohibited from making future appointments and will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the service fee. I am acutely aware that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. Should you find yourself in such a situation, I implore you to reach out at your earliest convenience to notify me of any adjustments to your appointment.
